• Read the call. The transcript reveals what each patient needs, and how close they are to bolting.
• Tap to dispatch. Taps queue stops for the van. Tap again to cancel. Every visit completed banks the avoided cost.
• Know the red flags. True emergencies belong in the ER. When the doctor says 911, hit Send to ER. Lose three patients and the shift is over.
