EZ Dispatch
Telehealth calls are pouring in. The doctor orders the test. Your job: get the EZ van there before the patient gives up and drives to the ER.
- Read the call. The transcript reveals what each patient needs, and how close they are to bolting.
- Tap to dispatch. Taps queue stops for the van. Tap again to cancel. Every visit completed banks the avoided cost.
- Know the red flags. True emergencies belong in the ER. When the doctor says 911, hit Send to ER. Lose three patients and the shift is over.
Scoring uses EZaccessMD's average avoided-cost figures: $4,066 per ER visit, $158 per urgent care visit. Fictional patients, real math.
