Safety & disclaimers
Are there any medical conditions you will not address?
Yes. If you have a medical emergency you should call 911. If you are unsure of the severity of your medical condition, call EZaccessMD first (for free). For minor conditions, our doctors generally address them within a few hours. If they find something serious, they will refer you to a higher level of care, whether it's your primary care doctor, urgent care, a specialist, or the ER. See conditions we address →
Can I be excluded for a pre-existing medical condition?
No. We do not exclude anyone for pre-existing medical conditions. However, some conditions make patients higher risk for having serious medical complications and should therefore be treated by a primary care doctor or specialist.
