Our commitment
EZaccessMD is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.
Conformance status
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide array of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.
Measures we take
- Semantic HTML structure throughout the site
- ARIA labels and roles where native semantics are insufficient
- Keyboard navigability for all interactive elements
- Sufficient color contrast ratios (minimum 4.5:1 for text)
- Responsive design that works across screen sizes and zoom levels
- Alt text for meaningful images
- Focus indicators on all interactive elements
- Automated accessibility testing (axe-core) in our CI pipeline
Known limitations
While we strive for full WCAG 2.1 AA conformance, some content may not yet be fully accessible. We are actively working to identify and remediate any issues. Third-party embedded content (such as scheduling widgets) may have their own accessibility limitations.
