Three steps. Real diagnostics. No waiting room.
EZaccessMD starts with a phone call and escalates to a mobile medical unit when a phone call isn't enough. Here's exactly how it works.
Watch the 2-minute overview
- 24/7/365, a real person answers
Call or use the app
Members call our dedicated line or open the EZaccessMD app. No phone trees, no chatbots. A care coordinator picks up and gathers basic information: symptoms, location, and insurance details.
- Available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year
- iOS and Android apps for on-the-go access
- Care coordinators speak English and Spanish

- Physician callback within the hour
Telehealth consultation
A licensed, board-certified physician calls the patient back within the hour. They conduct a thorough evaluation: symptoms, history, medications, allergies. If a prescription is all that's needed, it's sent electronically to the patient's preferred pharmacy.
- Board-certified, licensed physicians
- E-prescriptions sent directly to local pharmacies
- If telehealth resolves it, you're done; no further steps

- Dispatched within a few hours
Mobile medical unit dispatched
If the doctor determines that in-person diagnostics are needed (a strep test, X-Ray, EKG, or any test that can't happen over the phone), a mobile medical unit is dispatched to the patient's home. Diagnostic services vary by location.
- Strep, UTI, and flu rapid tests
- Portable X-Rays (radiologist-read) and ultrasounds
- EKGs and echocardiograms
- E-prescriptions to the patient's local pharmacy

After the visit
Follow-up care
Our care coordination team follows up to make sure the patient is improving. If symptoms persist or escalate, we schedule another visit.
24/7 care coordination
Our team is available day, night, and weekends. If something changes after the visit, one call gets a care coordinator back on the line.
Claims-ready reporting
